This policy describes information handled when you request or use a Jaiho247 WhatsApp redirect link.

Information We Collect

When you submit a source-link request, the form asks for a short name and mobile number. The form submission is handled by B12’s form system and is available to authorized site administrators for review.

When a redirect link is opened, the redirect service records the source link, destination URL used, request time, whether the redirect succeeded, referrer domain when available, a daily rotating hash derived from the requester’s IP address, and a bot indicator. We do not collect WhatsApp message contents or conversations.

How We Use Information

Request details are used to review and manually create source links. Redirect records are used to route visitors, measure link activity, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.

Retention and Security

Authorized administrators can access source-link requests and redirect management data. We use access controls for the admin dashboard and limit analytics identifiers by rotating the IP-derived hash daily. Request and activity records are retained for service operations; no fixed deletion schedule is currently published.
